Tailor-made Activities
Our staff adapts the activities to the level of each group. We adjust the ratio between monitors and users based on their needs and we have experience working with children and young people of all ages, as well as with more disadvantaged groups such as people with functional diversity, social integration groups or associations for people with chronic diseases.

Specific training of our workers
Each worker and collaborator receive brief training on the procedures to be developed during the activities. This training includes technical details of the activities to be carried out, as well as general rules of the organization, specific rules of each program, Prevention of Occupational Risks and protocols of hygiene adapted to COVID19.
Resolute in case of unforeseen events
We are used to coping with the stress of working with people and we adapt to unexpected changes, ensuring the coordination and proper functioning of each of the parties involved in any situation.
Security
We have civil liability and accident insurance, as well as being up to date in the Prevention of Occupational Risks.
COVID-19 security
We comply with the guidelines of the European Union and the Ministry of Health, through the specific protocols transmitted by the Ministry of Health. We always have a first aid kit, infrared thermometer, masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.
Material and equipment
We have all the approved materials and equipment, as well as walkie talkies and other safety and comfort tools.
Whenever we work with collaborating companies, we ensure that all their material and equipment are in proper condition.
Transport for 9 seats
We have a transport service for nine people authorized by the Department of Transport of GC, complying with the hygiene measures recommended by the Ministry of Health, for ordinary transport or in case of unforeseen events.
Communication
We have a writing and design team for creating communications of any kind, for physical and digital media such as posters, promotional posts or personalized t-shirts for program monitors.
Visual Media
We offer high-quality photography and video service so that you can take home the best memories.
We work in English
We work with staff trained in English and Spanish, and sometimes French, being able to adapt our activities according to the characteristics of the group. We have guides in other languages on demand.
