Yes, Climbo provides free hotel pickup and drop-off in an air-conditioned vehicle for all activities.
Yes, there are age restrictions. The minimum age for most activities is 5 years, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The number of child participants is limited to 4 per activity.

Smoking is allowed during stops as long as it’s not in a protected area and cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
Our tours include pick-ups from various locations across the island, which can result in longer travel times. On average, pick-ups and drop-offs can take between 2 to 4 hours.
We are committed to sustainable tourism, so our tours are designed to have a maximum of 20 participants. However, we aim to keep the group size smaller, with around 16 participants, to ensure a more personalised experience.

Payment and Fees
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. All payment methods do not incur additional charges, except for bank transfer fees by your bank.

Climbo activities are not recommended for individuals with mobility impairments, heart problems, serious medical conditions, recent injuries, or for pregnant travellers. Participants should inform Climbo of any food restrictions or health concerns before the activity.
Yes, all our tours include travel insurance for the duration of the activity.
Our insurance covers accidents and injuries related to the activity. However, it does not cover personal property damage, including mobile phones.
Practical Information
Digital confirmations on mobile devices are accepted. Save the electronic confirmation received via email and present it to your guide at the moment of your pick-up. You can also print the ticket and bring it on the activity day.
Our vehicles usually display the “Climbo” brand name or the specific tour logo on signs or decals. Show your booking confirmation to the guide to help them identify you.
